_{My services are based on each families individual needs and desires. We will work together to prepare and plan for the birth of your choice. As a birthing team, we will also prepare for the unexpected.}

_{My Services Include:}

_{* A free, no obligation, initial interview/consultation.}

_{* 2 or more prenatal meetings (at which we will discuss comfort measures, breathing techniques & options for labor, birth and post partum)}

_{* Personalized childbirth education (tailored to fit YOUR needs)}

_{* Help in preparing your birth plan}

_{* On call status, starting 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date (EDD) and remaining on call until after your birth.}

_{* 24 hour availability, with back up support.}

_{* Continuous support during labor, birth, and immediately post partum}

_{* Belly casting, placenta prints and photographs may be available.}

_{* 2 post partum visits, at which time you will receive your birth story, placenta print and any photos.}

_{* Available for telephone support .}

_{My fee for the services described here are:}

_{For a birth in Sudbury, $600 to $700. I do work on a ' sliding fee ' scale.}

_{For a birth in North Bay, $700 to $900, depending on the time of year.}

_{Post partum Doula services:}

_{My services for post partum work include:}

_{* Care for the new mom, with support for breastfeeding}

_{* Care of the newborn, bathing, changing diapers, help with feedings}

_{* Care of older children, bathing, snacks, playtime}

_{* Light housekeeping: sweeping floors, picking up objects, dishes, children's laundry: washing, drying, folding}

_{* Grocery shopping and running of errands}

_{* Pet care: food and water}

_{* Other duties}

_{* Overnights shifts}

_{My fees :}

_{My fee for post partum services:}

_{$100.00 non-refundable retainer fee. Daytime hours: $20/hour with a minimum of 2 hours/day and a minimum of 10 hours service in total.}

_{Overnights are $14/hour, minimum 8 hours to a max of 10 hours.}

_{My fee for daytime hours, maybe negotiable. My fee for overnights is NON negotiable.}
